Join us for a rare evening with Dave Schmier of Proof & Wood, as he brings some amazing pours to have with us in SF! I've known Dave for many years and we had a really great event back in NYC - and when I heard he was going to be in town, we figured out a plan to get this event together!!
Dave is one of American whiskey's most decorated independent bottlers. Co-founder of Redemption Rye, which was widely credited with putting the former Seagram's distillery in Indiana (now MGP) on the map and helping kick-start the modern rye renaissance, he went on to found Proof & Wood in 2015 with a simple but exacting philosophy: good whiskey, at a fair price, bottled with complete transparency. And since then, he's created quite the IYKYK following!
